These materials do not contain FERROUS METAL which is found in all good cookware to be compatible with Induction.
The plate is designed for cookware that is not compatible on top of this plate that you still wish to use.
All cookware that is suitable for induction contains multiple materials (INCLUDING FERROUS METAL) to conduct & control heat quickly and evenly.
The Conversion plate does not come in any other size as you can put any sized item on top of the plate (Bigger or Smaller) - Much bigger than a standard gas flame and also quicker.
This Conversion plate is not designed to replace compatible cookware as it will have limitation and will not have the accurancy or control.
Info & Tips on using plate:
- Simply place the plate on the induction cooktop and choose what heat you would like: For slow simmer place the plate on at a low heat
- Plate has been tested on major brand induction cooktops
- Hand Wash only required
- Plate will change colour with heat and use.
Warnings - Pleae Note:
- Do not touch the plate only the handle when using as the plate will be hot.
- Some Induction Cooktops will bring up an error on the Power Boost/Higher setting due to how quickly the plate heats up - This is not an issue simply drop the heat as the plate is too hot and the cooktop is protecting itself.
